Undana offers 50 study programs at the undergraduate level and 10 study programs at the postgraduate level. For more information, please visit IRO website
Step 2 – Check entry requirements
All academic documentation submitted to Undana electronically must be certified. We also require certified copies of passports for applicants from some countries. Original documentation may be submitted by post or in person, but we are unable to guarantee the return of these original documents. To enroll as a student at Undana, you must meet the specified academic entry requirements, as well as the Bahasa Indonesia or English language proficiency requirements.
- Undergraduate:
- Copy of academic transcript
- Copy of passport
- The completed application forms
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of Financial Guarantee or a sponsorship certificate that proves you can cover your study and living expenses
- Letter of statement to obey Indonesian law, not participate in political issues, and not work in Indonesia
- Four pieces of the photo (3cm x 4cm)
- Health certificate
- Receipt of the registration fee
- Copy of senior high school certificate
- Copy of bachelor’s degree certificate and academic transcript with
- minimum GPA of 2.75
- Copy of passport
- The completed application forms for the master’s or doctoral program
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of Financial Guarantee or a sponsorship certificate that proves
you can cover your study and living expenses - Letter of statement to obey Indonesian law, not participate in political
issues, and not work in Indonesia - Four color photos and four black and white photos (3cm x 4cm)
- Health certificate
- Receipt of the registration fee
- Term of Reference (ToR) thesis (Title, background, gap, aim &
significance, and literature review) - Certificate of English test and Bahasa Indonesia test
- Certificate of psychology test
Language entry requirements:
English
Evidence of academic and English language requirements must be included as part of your application. English proficiency is proven by a TOEFL or TOEFL equivalent institutional value achievement certificate issued by the Undana Language Center or Pusat Bahasa with a minimum score of 400 for undergraduate programs, 425 for master programs, and 450 for doctoral programs.
Bahasa Indonesia
Another test is the Indonesian language test and it is compulsory. You have an option to do your Bahasa test at Pusat Budaya Indonesia di Dili, Tiles by emailing pbi.kbridili@gmail.com
Step 3 – Submit your application and documents
You will need to upload all required documents prior to being able to submit your application so it is important you have these ready. File types able to be uploaded include PDF, JPEG, TIF, and GIF. Documents can be sent to email : iro@undana.ac.id
- Step 4 – Your application is now complete
Undana will send you an email confirming we have received your application. Then, the Academic Department of Undana will assess your application.
Step 5 – Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
We will send an email to you with a Letter of Acceptance if you are successful. If you have received an offer from us, congratulations!
Step 6 – Enrolment
International students who have received an LoA can enroll at Undana by paying tuition fees and providing a health insurance certificate. And then, Undana will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for the students. You can apply for a student visa by sending the requirements to the Indonesian Directorate General of Higher Education via IRO, Undana.
